They need more trucks available . There is no point in mobile pick up if you’re not gonna be able to do that there . There is absolutely no point in doing reservations if they just gonna make u redo a reservation in person . By all means if they make u wait an hour just to hope someone cancels for you to have a truck is crazy. U can have a reservation early and someone with a later reservation will go before you .
