I use to work with U-haul for long time. This time I stopped to rent one in one location that not have good reception because I needed in emergency one van. Service was terrible in one restorant.. when I returned yhey try to put more miles. Leave me 1 hour and half to wait a lot noisy and very unprofessional communication. Never again come back in that place

This location needs attentive people to service the customers. It was hot inside the restaurant and loud music was playing. I had to wait very long to pickup and to drop off. At drop off they lost my contact and need my ID and credit card to do another reservation which I did not have on me.
