I repeatedly asked for the drop off location (calls, at pickup) and was told to call a number upon arrival at my destination. When I called the number that was provided, the office was closed. I then called the main U-Haul number (which was very helpful) to get the drop off location. I was frustrated with the drop off process for my rental on November 5 (for previous rentals, I was told the drop off location at pick up which went smoothly).
