SEAN BHUGE shout out to Elias D! Uhaul initially got directed to a neighborhood rental location with the promise of getting credit on the rental but that turned out to be a bust because their neighborhood dealer had no truck and wasn't even home. So we had to go back to Brookline where Elias got us our credit and helped us with getting the truck set up and ready to go and really turned around a stressful morning by being so chill and helpful.

Laura WIf another location screws up and makes you go somewhere else the extra cost should have been taken into account. I don’t think it’s right that I had to pay for extra miles and time just because there was a mistake on the U-Haul website. Won’t be coming here again
MARIAH Myou scam me for milage and you scam me for gas, car has check engine light and was making strange noises while driving
ARTEM SFranklin handled our rental interaction with efficiency, patience, and clarity. But what came after that is what really impressed us. Unfortunately, another customer backed into our personal car in the UHaul lot while we were processing our van rental. Franklin handled the interaction between we two customers with such calm and grace that it immediately defused the situation. He clearly explained next steps, taking care to clarify what we could expect from UHaul's process, and where we would need to take our own action. He was kind, clear, and direct. We walked away from the interaction grateful for his involvement, rather than miffed about unfortunate accident, all to Franklin's credit.
SHANNA SKudos to the folks in the office that I dealt with. The morning pick-up person had dug all the snow off the van and checked the engine start ahead of a fairly early pickup just after the blizzard, and both they and the afternoon drop-off person were pleasure to interact with. Keep hiring good people!

MARITA RU-Haul I’ve been a customer for many years. A coworker was displaced from her home because of a fire. Immediately, I went into tactical without hesitation. It was way too easy to get this truck. I have noticed all the changes you have made to make situations like this easier to handle. This was an emotional move. I was happy in the end, although very stressful U-Haul made a difference and someone’s life. Can’t thank you enough Warmly Tracy Welch! P.S. who every processed my transaction deserves a favorable recognition.

JOHN LFirst of all, I lost almost 30 minutes of my assigned time yesterday trying to pull my assigned U-Haul van out of its parking spot. It was way in tha back, parked tightly between another van and the dumpster and another car. The lot was full of vans that were not in use (because they were all there when I returned the van 4 hours later). Was it necessary to give me a van that was so difficult to pull out? The staff wasn’t particularly helpful. I have rented from this location in the past and it was always a pleasant experience. But not this time. I would not recommend.

Harry BEvery contact with U-Haul personnel - either in person, on the phone to the local location, or on the phone to the 800 number was incredibly helpful. Just amazing and helpful folks!!
JUDAH LIt took nearly an hour to pick up the van, despite using the “express” app, which is so glitchy it is nearly unusable. I had to wait in line three times (the one person working there would not help otherwise). The first time was to get the key, blankets and a dolly (which they were out of, so I had to pay for an upgrade to the appliance dolly). The second was to have the check-out link sent (because he forgot). The third was to have the starting mileage changed because it was wrong. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Note: I also saw one of the employees pull a box truck around and side swipe another box truck. I’m sure that will be blamed on an unsuspecting customer. I hope they took before and after pics. This is why monopolies are bad for consumers.
