When I picked up this uhaul, I did not get the shipping pads I ordered. There were wet parking tickets on the windshield. The attendant who arranged for the pick up seemed totally lost about what to do. It is unreasonable to need to park the car on some random street near the gas station. In Brooklyn, especially in this area it may take a very long time to find parking. However, the person who picked up the key was professional, and did a good job. It was tedious to keep checking in on whether or not my ride completed though. I received notice of a completed ride/use more than three days after I returned the uhaul. Next time I will go to the Bensonhurst location.

It's a place close to my home, but it takes a while to report the unit when it's delivered. I usually use it for a few hours and they report it until the next day, but it's a good service. At the branch on 6th St and 4th Ave, a young lady was racist and refused to rent us a unit, and we had to leave the place. It was a shameful experience.

Rubens CDespite showing him a PRINTED confirmation (and the confirmation email on my phone) with my U-Haul Reservation Number, the business had no record of my reservation. I don't understand how this could be as I didn't reserve the van at the last minute and obviously, I had the reservation number. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL and does not bode well for me reserving with U-HAUL in the future.
ALBERTCHARLES Bi've used u-haul many times in the past, it was my first time when i got so many hidden charges, so my 1,5 trip with 10 miles turned to 135$, which is crazy. so next time will look for alternatives
