I told them the drop off location was in Dade city the guy put Tampa drop off location did not listen at all. This was the worst experience ever. I called multiple times to make sure that I could drop off at a location closer to my house was told it was fine. I dropped off at the location on time took picture that I dropped off on time then got a call from Tampa asking why I didn’t drop off there. Nobody did your job to check in. I talked to several people with U-Haul management and let them know what time I had dropped off they said that they would fix the drop off location and put that I had dropped off and checked it in. None of them did their job then come to find out I was charged for an extra day because none of U-Haul did what they claim to do I am very upset then they told me it would take 24 hours to 48 hours for somebody to even call me back to deal with this situation. I’m very upset for the fact that I’ve called several people with U-Haul management and no one did their job and corrected what they claimed to correct so now I got charged for an extra day because U-Haul refuse to do the job so very bad experience never will rent from U-Haul again
