JOHN GThe guy running this place has a confrontational approach to dealing with people. He should not be public facing. He didn’t check the equipment nor put our pad blankets in the truck. He’s a Richard Cranium.

BILLIE VThe customer service agent recommended a trailer even after we specified the truck to be hauled was not standard size. When we picked up the trailer and tried to load the truck it would not fit. We promptly returned the trailer but were told we’d be charged for the day. The size issue was an error in U-hauls side and to charge us for the day is bad business when we were not able to use it and only had it in our possession for a few hours. My attitude toward u-haul has completely changed and I would not seek out your services again.
