Took almost an hour from start to finish to pick up the truck as although 2 people there second person did not chip in to serve customers. Contract said truck had 3/4 tank of fuel, only had 1/2. Called them once noticed to report. They would do nothing, not even record or note it anywhere in my reservation. Poor customer service.
Cindy YGreat idea as a spacious convenience store to have U-Haul - flexible open hours is a must imo, and they have lots of space for U-Hauls so you don’t have park in a questionable spot
