The location was not the issue - we showed up for our small utility trailer, which we had reserved on-line for 2 consecutive days however, U-haul reserved a small cargo trailer instead. I was also sent an e-mail saying someone would contact me to confirm the rental, which did not happen! My quote also said the total for 2 days + insurance was $45 but the charges, at pick-up, were over $70. The trailer U-haul reserved was totally inadequate - we had some tall items that had to be moved a very short distance that would not fit in an enclosed trailer and I had specifically reserved the small (3.5 x 7 ft.) utility trailer and the process, at the location, was long; as the employee filed out all the required information as well as verified all my credentials & payment before sending us to pick up our reserved trailer; which is when we realized it was not the one reserved. The location employee was very polite & understanding, even offering to help us find an appropriate trailer at another nearby location but they were closed so he then had to go through the process of cancelling & refunding - a lot of wasted time for a location employee who has other customers waiting and all due to U-Haul's on-line errors.

Jenifer REasy pick up and drop off. Some issues with my order being placed for the wrong pick up time and original pick up location was over an hour from where my move was. Communication issues with U haul 800 number. Was told there were no locations for pickup in Bryson there is. . Truck ordered for 8:30 an was booked for 4pm in UHaul system was told there were notes put on file regarding must have pick up early am. Day before pick up when I called my pickup location they could not find any notes regarding pickup time. If I have occasion to use U-Haul again I will book through local deal or not the 800 number
wendy PLocation indicated that the vehicle would have to dropped off during open hours not while closed. I assumed there would be a drop box if necessary. Upon return, there was some confusion as to the amount of kilometers driven versus the allowance in the contract. I was told I was over and charged an additional amount. I gave up trying to dispute as the vehicle was in miles and the license plate was Arizona. I do feel I have been overcharged but apparently there was nothing that could be done. Again, disappointed.
jonathan bAssuming that the coupling to the 2" hitch is adjustable, ensure to adjust the coupling so that the coupling doesn't rattle. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
