You guys don't have to do anything I would come back to rent a truck again and again because you guys are the best
ERNEST CDefiantly was not a good area to bring a larger rig to.
Brent VLocation was unsecured and in a bad section of town. Person who was at the location had no idea of proper procedures and had no knowledge of what to do. Had to take care of everything on the phone with customer service. One good point was customer service did an excellent job with this situation!
