Not the fault of the location at all, they were fantastic! But, feedback for the UHaul as a whole would be to actually have the truck that people reserve. They just didn’t have the truck I reserved twice in a row now. That’s the only reason I won’t recommend the location. I won’t recommend any UHaul at all, ever.

5 phone calls apparently were not enough to warrant a call back. Eventually, an in person visit was required to ensure the rental was properly checked in.
