I’m very disappointed with this fuel charge. Before returning my U-Haul, I stopped at the QT directly across the street from the U-Haul location and filled the truck with gas specifically to ensure it was properly fueled before drop-off. I also took pictures documenting the fuel stop. Despite this, I was still charged an additional fuel fee. I have photos showing that I fueled the truck immediately before returning it. I would appreciate U-Haul reviewing this charge and removing it. This was an unnecessary and frustrating end to my rental experience.

Brandon DI was instructed by uhaul to drop the trailer there. I was not informed that they closed at noon. When I got there they wanted me to unhook the trailer because they had sent their staff home. Finally she got someone to help me. (I am a 75 year old woman). The man she got was very kind. If you are going to instruct us to use a certain location, all the information would be helpful.
