There was an attendant on duty who helped us park and unhitch the trailer...very helpful! Glad we could return the unit locally in our community.
Joe MI would prefer an option in the initial reservation, the likelihood of the door configurations, be it a ramp style, single or double doors, or roller type door. On numerous occasions where I’ve rented a small, medium, or large trailer, and unbeknownst to me, it would come with the roller style door configuration. The load would shift in transit and cause the door to become stuck until creative brake efforts were applied at the destination. At least, have the customer give “preferences” in the reservation of the trailer.
