The guy who works this location was Amazing! Very friendly and helpful. He makes the process simple and hassle free. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone who needs to rent a u haul. In the future he will get my business again for sure.

I showed up aprox. 40 minutes before my scheduled appointment there was no one at the business lights off doors locked. I called multiple times called uhaul. Went to another location to try to get a trailer from a different location to only find out none where available. Finally Uhaul got ahold of the location. So I went back and waited for someone to arrive. By the time it was all said and done I was an hour behind instead of ahead of schedule. The location wasnt my choice as I had originally scheduled for a pickup 20 miles closer to my home. I will never rent from the Total Connections location again. I have rented from uhaul lots of times but this has definetly put a bad taste in my mouth
David BHad an appointment to pick up a trailer at 1313 Burlington Avenue at 5:15 no one ever came . Finally at about 5:45 l finally got ahold of someone in Saint Louis that changed my pickup site!!! Got there and the paperwork took along time!! The guy was friendly. My question is how did l have a pickup location that was closed!!🤔
