The guy was not at the location when my sister dropped off the trailer. He called me about 30 minutes after she dropped off the trailer and said that I needed to come back to the location because the trailer was parked where “he parks his trucks and we need to come move it”. The trailer was parked nicely, not in front of anything, and next to other trailers. How were we to know that is where he parks his trucks? I had already dropped off the truck I was using and no longer had a hitch. He was very rude. He called me about 20 times that day. I called the U-Haul number and they said that it was not my obligation to come back to move anything. My sister dropped off the trailer next to other trailers and I turned the trailer in on the app and that was all that I needed to do. I had to block the guys number. He kind of scared me.
