Vehicle was filthy and the pads and dolly interested and paid in advance for were not provided. The place was closed and I had to call multiple places and then drive around to get what I needed. U-Haul experience is very bad now. Also the check in app did not work with my iPhone and I am not an inexperienced phone user.

Brian HNot only does uhaul make you take a 4 day rental they do not allow a refund for the days you don’t use. I requested a 1 day rental and was not told about the 4 day or the fact I can’t return early and lower my fee
Murphy DThere was no one there when I dropped of the trailer.
Drake MIt was weird to pick it up not at a real U-Haul place and we ordered a 12 ft trailer and didn’t realize that the trailer itself wasn’t 12’ it was including the tongue of the trailer so it was a little small. But I appreciated that the tires were new so it made the trip very nice and easy.
