Terrible location! I was 30 minutes late because of this location. I would not recommend that location to anyone. They don’t want to help anyone, I’ve requested in person check in, but they kept pushing self check in. They are not polite and on top of that I have a video of the attendant asking me to fill the tank more than he was providing. Your customer service didn’t help when I explained the situation. If you want more details please contact me I will be more than happy to share all videos and photos. Terrible experience! Very stressful!

I would definitely recommend Uhaul in terms of the equipment, location but the service was just terrible. So much of time to pick up the van and return the van. What is the use of a pre registration when you face difficulties in uploading your drivers license during the collection of the van. Had to call a lot of people to do something. But finally my friend came to collect the van. It’s so irritating and time taking the procedures.

Philip CTruck didn't have the furniture and utility dolly that I ordered. U-Haul asked me to pick it up from another location which was a long drive away, and I had to pay for all those hours even if the mistake was on U-Haul.
