When I did a reservation online, the representative reached out later saying that 15 foot truck is not available. So I had to choose 10 foot truck and pick another location. Then on the day of rental, I was told that I am not set up for mobile pick up. So we had to wait an hour to open and get set up from the front desk. The place itself and the truck was good. It is the service and app that has caused all the problems and bad experience.

Arrived the location however staffs did not want to help out for the pick up process. been stood there for more than half an hour, just because I have to wait for the staff to confirm my order on his cell phone. requested for the pads but not included when I picked up the trunk. Same thing happened when I return the trunk, no help at all. not recommend the location, worst experience ever!!!
Ka TThe mobile pick up and return process is so long. Also the truck was parked on the street, there was a big dumpster on the side street, therefore I could not get a picture of the side of the truck.
