The first truck they gave me couldn't even be started. I grabbed the key and tried, couldn't get the truck started. I went back into the store and said that the truck will not start. The owner says "why?". no sorry, no apologies, nothing. just why? Ended up taking the other truck that was definitely not cleaned. Will not go back to this place again for truck rental. I wish Uhaul stops these small shops to do the truck rental. They do not take care of the equipment properly the way actual Uhaul stores do. What a shame.
