The vehicle needed maintenance as the add oil light came on while I as driving. It also left oil stains on our driveway while parked overnight. I called the agent and they did appreciate being notified. I put a liter of engine oil in during my rental.

Siavash BUhaul truck and app booking was excellent. Seamless! Had a choice to book elsewhere (home depot, etc.) but chose uhaul because of ease of booking, convenience, and reputation (from a friend who recently rented). 1. Went to pick up from location. Had to wait a long time to process papers. When returned the truck I had to waiti even longer to check out. 2. Business are busy and they are making a living, I understand. However, their attitude left me puzzled. For eg: they only had 10 furniture blankets not 12 that I ordered. They brushed me off saying, "oh its ok, it should be fine, but make sure your return them all". We calculated that we needed 12 but because we were in a rush, we accepted it. My wife's vase broke on our move. :( The extra blanket that we had budgeted for would have prevented the breakage. Not pick up location's fault that the vase broke. My fault for accepting 10 blankets. 3. I wouldn't go to this location again. I would probably go to the main pick up location. I dont think I should have been charged the $10 blanket fee. If Uhaul does indeed read these reviews, I think I should definitely be reimbursed.
