I rented a van — there were no vans when I arrived. I asked the staff for help — he shouted at me and told me to call uhaul. Once I was on the phone w a rep at uhaul they asked to speak to him and he refused. Ultimately a uhaul rep changed my reservation to a truck. I also had paid for furniture pads which the guy at pure fuel didn’t seem to know — he didn’t know how many he had and just told me to take some from a pile. When I returned them he had nowhere for dirty ones and yelled at me until I put them back in the pile. When I got in the truck it had 1/16 of a tank of gas so I immediately had to put gas in it. The only thing good about this place is that it’s close to my house.

Absolutely terrible experience I've used this location for years with zero problems but now that check in needs to be done with the app it is TERRIBLE it took an hour of 3 differt reps on the phone to discover that it did not work! I would have left without a truck if the wonderful person who worked there didn't help me himself. The place was crowded with others on the phonewith the office tryiong to get help.
