Convenient location with friendly staff, the vehicles could use better cleaning between customers but I understand its a busy gas station run by a single person. I enjoy the convenience so not that big a deal. That said, most Uhauls I've rented could use a cleaning so its hardly this location only that has this challenge.

Despite managing the process on my phone, I was unable to pick up my key, and the clerk put me at the end of a very long queue. This obviously defeats the purpose of a self-serve mobile app. Moreover, there was no place to park my own vehicle

Jack CI was in such a rush that I didn’t get the name of the attendant who was working. He was working Tuesday morning, and he was incredible. He was managing all the U-Haul rentals and the entire gas station by himself with kindness, Grace, and haste. He deserves a raise!!!
