Very Very Very dirty Difficult to communicate as the window is so filthy that one can not see the person on the other side However there is one person who works there who is a decent person with regards to kindness and helpfulness

KEVIN Sto be clear. I love the staff here. They are doing the best they can. But the truck was missing the DRIVER'S SIDE WINDSHIELD WIPER! I think this might even be illegal.
Joseph KConvenient location with friendly staff, the vehicles could use better cleaning between customers but I understand its a busy gas station run by a single person. I enjoy the convenience so not that big a deal. That said, most Uhauls I've rented could use a cleaning so its hardly this location only that has this challenge.
JEFFREY RDespite managing the process on my phone, I was unable to pick up my key, and the clerk put me at the end of a very long queue. This obviously defeats the purpose of a self-serve mobile app. Moreover, there was no place to park my own vehicle
