He said he would be there at 12 and was about 15 minutes late and didn’t call and let us know. The man from mistletoe tree farm that booked our reservation was awesome. He kept checking on us and came to the site where the trailer was and stayed until the other man got there. I would recommend mistletoe tree farm for any U-Haul rental because he had wonderful customer service.

I had a hard time figuring out how to get the key for the truck then the lock was so hard I could t get it off to get the key for 5 minutes. I was charged for two dolly’s and furniture blankets. There was not one dolly on the truck and there was not 12 blankets either. I couldn’t ever get in contact with the person who was renting out the truck either. Overall 0/10 and do not recommend to use this location.
