Dropped off the van at 11am which was 5 hours earlier than required. Traveled 276 kilometers of the 330 kilometers allowed but was still charged over $50 for being over the maximum allowance. Had to call several people at uhaul only to have each one pass the buck or blame each other for their mistake. Spent over an hour on the phone to get my money back and it took threatening legal action to get it. Delt with one woman on the phone that was swearing and yelling at someone in the background. Then she tells me to shut up and listen. The most unprofessional experience and treatment imaginable. Absolutely disgusting to say the least. I will never rent from Uhaul ever again and would highly recommend that you seek other options to avoid being treated like I was.

The person that I returned the trailer too , was screaming out of a second story window at me , where she wanted the trailer parked.She did not check the trailer and complained that she didn’t know when the trailer’s were being dropped off.I felt that it was a inconvenience for her to stop what she was doing to accommodate a client.I put it down to that she was having a bad day.
Stephen AThis location is not professionally run. In their own words, they do this as a "favour", though I am not really sure who is benefitting from this favour. The lady is lovely, but she essentially calls Uhaul and all the forms are done over the phone.
