I’m not sure the location is responsible for the condition of the vehicle but the condition was horrendous! If you want my pictures they are on file! Mud all inside, “10 km to empty” ie no gas, 4-5” of ice/snow on windshield. Kid working in the convenience store told me it was recently stolen!! Shakes when you drive it. I’m looking for contact of Uhauls President and Board of Directors to share pics with. Social media will hear about this brutal experience and my daughter has one million followers. Third rate rental company.

She don’t know how to talk to the customer and she overcharged me as I drove 85 km and she charged me $138 while the rate was $0.99/km. I request U-Hawl to kindly change their representative.
