When I went back to drop off the U-Hawl, the lady representative was very rude and mannerless. She don’t know how to talk to the customer and she overcharged me as I drove 85 km and she charged me $138 while the rate was $0.99/km. I request U-Hawl to kindly change their representative. Thank you
