My original pick- up location was changed even though I scheduled my U-Haul in advance. My changed location was 30 minutes outside of the one I had originally picked. I called and stopped by two different U-Haul‘s, but was unable to change to a more convenient location. I believe it should have been U-Haul‘s problem to get a truck to my original pick up location if one was not currently available. I found this change to be difficult to work around cause I had a tight move schedule. Outside of the inconvenient change a truck was available at the location and someone was able to give it to me at my scheduled pick up time.

LAWRENCE PThere will never be a next time. The whole experience was awful. The truck i was suppose pick up wasn't there. So I had to drive another 30 min to pick one up. My move was delayed by 2 m hours. And then the charge for $1000 cause I put $10 of diesel by mistake, is ridiculous. The insurance i bought should have covered this. Plus the gas station attendant turned the diesel on i dont know why I clearly asked for $40 ,of gas!! I have no idea how I'm gonna pay it, im on social security. I barely get by every month.
Laura KI booked online. When I arrived, the attendant knew nothing about how to check me in and did nothing to help me other than to say I had to check in online. Finally he put me in touch with the area U-Haul manager, who argued with the attendant, telling him he had to use his computer. Finally the attendant put me on the phone with U-Haul and they checked me in. The 6x12 trailer had a tail light out. I attempted to extend an extra day online and was informed the trailer was not available to keep. I returned on time and checked in on the app. Much easier than having to deal with the station attendant, although when I went in to get a drink he complained more about his training and U-Haul. The location is 1 mile from my house where I moved out. I pass it multiple times a day. The trailer never moved for 2 days after I left it. I could have had it and paid for an extra day. Sorry U-Haul.
