How U-Haul Reviews WorkLOCATION EMPLOYEE WAS NOT WELL TRAINED ON RESERVATION PICKUP PROCESS. LOCATION ADDED AN ADDITIONAL $30 FOR THE SAFETRIP FEE THAT WAS DECLINED.
Homer GI arrived to a store operated by one employee that did not know the process for me to pick up, put me on the phone with a man running another convenience store to finish the pickup, he was alone as well dealing with Friday at 5pm flow, the process took over 30min. No help at all finding, backing up to, and hooking up the trailer. The attendant at the store couldn’t leave her register because she was the only worker, once again, at 5pm on a Friday. Understaffed and under trained would be the key takeaways here.
Darin CPerson there did not know how to process me to pickup the truck, had to call someone. Inside cab of truck was dirty with drink spilled all over the console.
Pat NNo y’all are very unprofessional and dishonest. The pick up guy was amazing but yalls can’t and drop off issue was so dishonest and y’all took my money after being dishonest. I will never use y’all again
