They did not know what they were doing. I told the girl that I needed to drop off the truck in wetumpka al and she said that was fine. Only to find out the next day I was charged 340 for wrong location drop off.

Rep not knowledgeable, no customer support with equqipment, no check in process at location...had to wait until Monday to get proper check in on rental that occurred on Saturday
Corey DEasy pick up and drop off!
Amber LMy original pick- up location was changed even though I scheduled my U-Haul in advance. My changed location was 30 minutes outside of the one I had originally picked. I called and stopped by two different U-Haul‘s, but was unable to change to a more convenient location. I believe it should have been U-Haul‘s problem to get a truck to my original pick up location if one was not currently available. I found this change to be difficult to work around cause I had a tight move schedule. Outside of the inconvenient change a truck was available at the location and someone was able to give it to me at my scheduled pick up time.
