Good service
Fekadu RWorst experience so far. Defective and unclean vehicle. I was overcharged. My starting mileage was 34972 and my ending mileage was 35006. The total mileage used was 34.
Safety AYou can be way more organized. It was chaotic. Gave the same U-Haul to another person and I so fixing that delayed like 30 minutes. I had to call and say that it was going to be returned later since my time was shortened, cost much more than anticipated, and it was just an overall bad experience. Will not use U-Haul again.
