Umar KMy reservation was cancelled by the location for not being there at 6:30am. I arrived at the pick up location at 7:15. I booked the truck for the day but they did not have the common courtesy to call before cancelling. I booked a larger unit for a move but was forced to re book a smaller unit. When I returned the unit later that day the gentleman in front of me had his reservation cancelled as well. The woman behind the counter was blaming U Haul changing their reservation system. The way I saw it was the location was not going with reservations but first come first serve.
