You can do nothing - except after the return - get the refund back sooner .
Peder MThe person at the front counter, push us off to the side and processed her customers first then got back to us when she had no customers in the store. We also had a reservation for a 15 foot U-Haul and an appliance dolly the day before we pick up the U-Haul she sent the dolly with somebody else. The U-Haul truck had garbage in the back of it, dirty Kleenex, and behind the seats and in the front also was very dirty in the front.

brian rThe woman that rented the trailer out, did not want to connect to my vehicle and suggested numerous times that I could do it myself. I advised that I was more comfortable having the gentleman that was on site attach the trailer. Thankfully, the gentleman connected it to my vehicle. It should not be the consumers responsibility to connect the equipment and then take a photo of that. That’s the responsibility of the person renting it out.
