I am requesting a call back and refund. The location I was to return to said they had no room and sent me else where. I was on-time for my return at the original location. By the time Stewart’s received my return I have been charged for an extra day. This extra day charge should not have been billed to me.

Great service
DANIELLA MHaul website was extremely slow... and took around 2 hours for processing pickup. The location rep was very helpful but thre uhaul service rep whom we called for assistance (12noon EST) was not familiar with basic Canadian taxes and caused lots of arguments and delay. Pickup was frustrating though location person and original uhaul headoffice person (10am) named Sikkim were helpful.
Yashdeep SCustomer service was excellent.
