Location had no drop off yard, was asked to leave the truck on the side of the street Not an inviting location Asked for a drop off location closer to our residence and was sent far away to this location Not a good experience

Ed K- The system was down when I picked up the truck. It took over 1 hour to pick up. - The car interior was dirty, as taken in the photo before departing. But It was an additional charge for cleaning after I put the note and checkmark "interior was not clean."
