Not a good experience. 1st it took a long tune to get a car. Processing it alone took us 30 minutes. Then they gave us a car full of snow in the windshield thicker than a book when there was a cleaner vehicle. When I walked 5 minutes back to have it replaced, he asked me if u don't have a scraper with me which obviously u don't have since I was expecting the bare minimum of handing the car to us clean. He then proceeded to tell me that he now needs a reason to change the vehicle. He was also insisting that I registered 2 driver instead of 1.now after eternity, we had the car changed. When we came back to return it, everything seemed to be normal when he knocked on the window of my car and said that it was not supposed to be parked there and he mentioned that he told me. Feeling bad, I moved it to the correct parking but I insisted that he did not say anything. Next day comes in and I thought the saga is done when I saw that I was charged a big amount. When I look at it he said I consumed 50 miles of driving where I only consumed 27.he charged me almost double!! I sent a chat to uhaul and luckily I have pictures. They refunded the excess. Very bad experience

Almost 1/4 full off gas and truck was dirty there were water bottles at back.

Mohammed IIn my first rental with U-Haul couple of months ago, the clarification I got was that the long distance truck rentage was based on days (-2days of 48hrs and not mileage) and no extra charges made after my return of the truck. This particular location did not let me know I will be paying extra charges if I go beyond a certain mileage and I assume the explanation in the previous location was thesame.
