I didn’t go in so cannot comment; I dropped off via the app and key drop off. This also was not my original drop off that I picked when booking; Uhaul changed both my pickup and drop off location making it very inconvenient. If I ever have to use this type of service again I will avoid Uhaul if at all possible.

Tosan AG-Mart was a great location, the store was conveniently located and the store manager/owner was helpful, friendly and quick to get things moving. The vehicle itself was in good condition and clean.
