The contract is not closed and I have been charged the entire deposit money because the vehicle was stolen. How is a customer at fault in this? My job is over the moment I followed the instructions from the merchant and dropped the key in the key biz as advised by the merchant and the merchant even confirmed he saw the cctv footage. Pathetic experience so far.

TajinderSingh S.The vehicle had a bad smell, so I had to open the windows to be able to use it. I was charged extra $25 for cleaning without authorization. The vehicle was inspected when I brought it back and I was not told the vehicle required cleaning. There was nothing really to be cleaned. This is a rip off and unacceptable and unprofessional.
