Linda MI spoke with the manager and both men were rude. Rolling their eyes at me. Not listening to what I was asking about my refund. Wouldn’t listen to a woman and said whatever issue I have is my problem with uhaul they just a drop off. The clerk phoned the area manager who was just as rude. I was told to contact my bank and uhaul myself about my refund as it’s not their problem. So disappointed they should not be allowed to have a uhaul location this is disgraceful
Natasha Mlengthy check-in process and location was closed at 1045am to return the vehicle and the online process was not easy to use. In the future, I will go to an actual UHaul dealership.
