There was communication barrier. Overall, good.
Joana MI rented a U-Haul from this location yesterday. The equipment itself was clean and well maintained, so I have no issue with the truck. However, the customer service experience was disappointing. I returned the truck with the fuel gauge showing full. The staff still said there was a small amount missing and charged me $14 for fuel. The gauge was already very close to full, and it seemed like less than 1 liter difference. Charging $14 for such a small difference does not feel reasonable. I believe the staff should be more fair and transparent when checking the fuel level with customers. I hope management reviews this situation and improves the customer service experience for future customers.
