This location was fine but my experience booking-wise with U-haul was horrible, especially with the Regional Call Centre staff. I would not recommend U-Haul as a service to anyone because of this and will always use other rental trucks in the future

ken bOne of the tire tie-down straps on the auto transport was ripped and could not be fastened to the ratchet. I ended up having to use my own ratchet straps to secure the car I was transporting. The front left trailer tire has excessive wear and worn through the tread wear bars (<2/32 inches)…imminent danger for the next renter and should be replaced. The franchisee needs to verify the condition of these trailers and conduct whatever servicing is required prior to renting out. Customers pay hefty prices. The least that can be done is preventative maintenance. Not impressed. I did bring this information to the franchisee…doubt it will be fixed. Good luck to the next person who rents this trailer.
