Busy location with a lot going on and limited staff. They were able to balance for the most part.
Stephen TThis location stole my credit card information. They said they needed to see my card again to verify it after already completing the reservation online. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.
Tyler KIt was a bad experience at this location. I’ve used U-Haul before and had no problems, but this time there was an engine light on, and the driving cabin was not clean and smelled bad. I had to keep the window open the whole time. I also informed the staff that there was an issue with the truck, but they did not seem to care or take any action. Overall, it was the worst experience driving a 20-foot truck. This vehicle should not be given to customers without a proper inspection.
Farid BI don’t understand, why that location has low reviews on Google, to be honest judging on how some of the customers who’s using equipment return it and park all over the place - explaining a lot why they leave low reviews. They simply don’t have ability to drive Uhaul trucks, or how to back up trailer. I been renting from that place 3 times already and every time I had great experience. Thank you U-haul Hawkstone NW.
