they said they would charge me 50$ but charged me $ 130. Going to have to call my bank
Christian FWhen renting a vehicle, there should be one person handling all other transactions and one person to finish the rental transaction. Constantly stopping to help others buying pop etc, is inconvenient to those of us who are spending much more by renting the trucks. There was another man there an older gentleman that could easily have handled all the other transactions, but did not. I suspect maybe he was the owner. The young man doing the rentals was a very nice conscientious, friendly person, but again there needs to be two people dedicated to helping all customers in a timely and efficient manner.
