Vehicle had check engine light on, had very bad suspension and drove very rough. Passenger door handle was damaged.

Will SThe rental went fine, but the problem continues to be the length of time it takes to set up a rental. I feel sorry for the poor clerk who seems to have a lot of time-consuming activities to do. The folks are very nice, but the check-in process needs more streamlining.
