Sam KI booked the van at your Savana location in calgary. The appointment was at 10.30 AM but the person showed up at 11.15 AM. No apology was offered. There were 5-6 customers waiting. The guy was confused dis not know what he was doing. I requested to get at different location. I wasted 2 hours of time running around
Mohinder PVehicle may need a tune up, hesitates when accelerating. U-Haul should post instructions on when you have the wheels turned when turning off the vehicle to turn the wheels so the key can go back into the ignition. Had issues with the back door not opening, even with the vehicle unlocked, once the driver door was opened, the back door unlocked.
