Very disappointing experience with U-Haul. The customer service was extremely poor. The staff was unfriendly, rude, and completely disrespectful. Instead of helping, they made the experience stressful and unpleasant. I expected basic professionalism, but that was clearly missing. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless they improve how they treat customers.
