The authorized dealer was not accommodating at all. He assumes that we know everything when we rented the uhaul truck. Not a 1st good impression. We told him it’s our first time to rent. He didn’t even brief us with anything. He just let us be. He seems angry and wasn't happy us renting the uhaul truck. No customer service at all. Where the car was parked, it was just next to a waste dumpster.
Andre CThe parking lot of U-Haul are so narrow. It is challenging for one to drive out the U-Haul from parking lot. I have to keep get off the car and check then continue to back out. I also order an appliance dolly and I have to carry it from the store to the truck which I think it should be ready in the truck for me. When return the truck and I have to carry the dolly back to store. I also accidentally fill the tank to full and they did not refund me for the extra gas I filled in.
Shanlin JThe fuel level should be digital. The analogue guages are not much accurate and cause issues. I filled above the required mark but on return just 500 m away, the dial showed different. I was charged for the extra fuel at higher price. This all make me feel bad.
