I can not understand how a company as large as u-haul will allow this place to be a part of the u-haul co. I arrived at the location to drop off my rental. I was surprised to find the location closed , I called the number listed for their business 6 times in a 3 hour period leaving message each time to call me back no response same goes for their storage company. Finally I called the area manager 4 times before getting a call back from him telling me to drop the key in a key drop box. I also tried the u-haul on line service each time telling me location not found. After 3 hours of trying to drop the rental finally getting the ok for the area manager I was on my way. If you are renting a u-haul and you are instructed to return the rental to a location in Calhoun Georgia at 221 Highway 225 ask for another location.
