I did not reserve at UHaul at this location. UHaul did not honor the reservation I made, which was for pick up at a different facility where I was storing my belongings. UHaul should not allow customers to make "reservations" if the company doesn't plan to honor them.

I did not know Furniture pads would be included with the truck. That would have been good to know ahead of time. I was told to leave the truck on the street after hours, but I was returning by truck during working hours. I was either misinformed or misunderstood the directions. One of the side view mirrors was bent and wasn't useful. I tried fixing but was not able to. I think the attendant told my my charges would 80-something but ended up being 90-something. Not a big deal. I'm not sure if I ended up getting a receipt.r

Overall very good, and although I understand they were very busy the day I picked up my van, it took over 30 minutes for me to be assisted from when I got in line.

The truck had some issues. Engine and suspension lights were on, the driver's sun visor was hanging and blocking the view a little and the right mirror moved while driving. It was a short trip and I did not care but that truck needed some maintenance. Overall the customer experience was very good.

Slow customer service. The only person at the front that seemed to know what was going on was Chris (who was awesome). But we had someone else helping us for a while until she clicked the wrong thing, didn't know how to go back, and "had to go for a walk". That's when Chris took over and finally got us through. I did express check in, and it still took 30 minutes to get my UHaul.

There was a hole in the roof of our van. It wasn't a big problem, but if it had rained it might have gotten tricky. Otherwise, all was fine.

Better instructions on where the vehicle should return. I wasn't given this information and the door was very hard to spot in this busy neighborhood. Had to drive around few blocks to make a second run.

Great response times, wonderful customer service. The only issue was the drop off location in Cambridge MA, the center there was not detailed about where they wanted us to drop the car off. It would be wise to have clear signs to direct drop off customers . Otherwise our experience was completely pleasant. Thank you UHaul!

The staff was incredibly rude. I was 1 hour late to pick up my truck, however, I called to let them know. When I arrived, the staff member gave me attitude and said there were no notes that I called to let them know I was late. I pulled up my phone to show her the phone call, she rolled her eyes and then we continued with the check in. The truck was also marked as half full when we checked in, however, as soon as we drove it off the lot, it dropped to 1/4 of a tank - not sure how that happens. Either way, given the intimidation I felt while checking in, I never said anything. I just wanted to drop off the truck and never use this U-Haul location again. Perhaps never use U-Haul again too. This is definitely a busy location, however, I was very polite and respectful of the staff - they all seem to be very ill-tempered and ready to argue. Not a good environment - for staff and especially not customers.

Very Unorganized, never heard an employee say they were too busy putting away materials to assist a customer. I had requested Brighton, was given Brighton and then when I called to confirm the employee said I had to go to Cambridge.

My bill was charged incorrectly, I got charged twice evern though, Uhaul gave me the truck a few hours to use, I requested the truck for 24 hours. I called the store 3 times, I spoke with customer service twice and got 2 emails confirmation but no one ever contact me back so I had to call again and finally speak to someone.
