When I rented the car, no one walked me to it in case I had any questions. Also, when I told them the time I would bring the car back, they didn't tell me the location would be closed then, but I would have liked them to. Also, the total price of everything was very close to the estimate I was provided, but the line items were different. I would have preferred an explanation

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pick up facility was clean and seemed organized. I called while I had the van to extend my time 1 hour and there was no issue - this is a great feature. The folks here are doing a great job.

I had asked for a furniture dolly, quite specifically but was given the wrong kind which wa not usable. I was not told that the small truck was considered a truck on Boston's memoral drive and storrow drive. The personnel were very friendly however. They just need to be told how important it is to let customers know they cannot drive the vehicle on certain roads and of course pay attention to customer requests.

Hi, I received the Email this morning, and I don't know why I need to be charge for two days. My return time is 11:10PM, 9/14/2016. And one Uhaul in the road that make me very hard to drive the Uhaul to the parking lot. And when I return the key to the box, I open myUhaul, I could not see any place to fill my return time. So please change the price. my return time is 11:10PM, 9/14/2016, not 9/15/2016 7:33AM. There is a picture I took when I return. And you can see the time I return and the miles is 4943! There are two pictures in myUhaul, I can not find any place to write down the return time! Thank you so much! Best, Guiyu Zuo

My reservation was booked weeks in advance. U-haul was highly unethical when 1 week before my pick up date they decided to cut my 24 hour rental down to 4 hours based upon the demand on the day. I was in a panic because I could not move into my new location until the following day. I had no where to store my furniture over nite and I would've needed to rent another vehicle, which was impossible. I had to call numerous times begging and demanding they reinstate my original reservation back to 24 hours. The 4th customer representative finally had enough compassion to assist my dilemma and somehow achieve the task of keeping it a 24 hour rental. I was very thankful to the last representative I spoke with.

Everything was perfect except for the return. I understand that the place closed at 5pm on the dot but because of the Carnival there wasn't a metered spot in a 2 mile radius. Don't think there's an easy solution, just thought I'd share my experience.

I had paid online for tape and when I came to pick up the truck and I checked out the truck, the tape wasn't there. I had to come back to the desk to ask for it.

There is little I could suggest to improve service at this location. The staff was competent and attentive. The pricing was very customer-focused. The equipment was in *REALLY* great shape. I will not hesitate to return the next time I need a van.

Aside from the 40 minute wait to get our van all went very well. It would have been nice to know to arrive early as it did impact our day a bit. Also they said we had a rear view camera which we did not but we managed.

The uhaul representative did not tell me the store would be closed at my delivery time, which was 9:15pm. There were a bunch of other people that did not know what to do with the vehicle. I then called I heard I could return it at 7am. All that fuss could have been ameliorated if communication was better in the first place.

For after hours return, maybe because it's moving season, the parking lot was full and it was a hassle to find street parking. More official designated parking spaces would be good.

We arrived before 8AM; paperwork was done by 8, then waited until 8:10 to actually receive the truck. When the rental is only 4 hours, that ten minute wait is crucial.

When I returned the truck, the parking lot is almost full. there's just a very very narrow space for me to park. Maybe more space for parking is better.

The only thing I can comment on for improvement is to make sure to tell customers to bring the equipment back into the garage. Myself and two others in the brief time I was there brought their vehicles back to the lot where we picked it up. Other than it was a great experience . Everyone was great.
