I filled out all information and another driver before my rental and then had to do it all again when picking up the truck. Kind of frustrating. Also, the parking lot and road at the UHaul rental was blocked off for a grad party. We had to have the road barriers moved to get in to return the truck. This was not communicated ahead of time so alternative directions were not given. It's not as easy as just going around the block.
REBECCA Othe safety chain hooks were too narrow to fit, so they ended up dragging.

KARL NPoint out which truck it was instead of me searching each one for a number. Drivers door didn’t close well, had to really slam and then mirror would move. Website for U-Haul absolutely sucks, even they had a hard time with it. Picked up truck with a quarter tank of gas in it. That’s ridiculous. Should be full
