The staff was very nice but they had no idea how to process my rental. It was almost an hour to process my rental, they had to call their manager who was apparently at the dentist. The staff was excellent, they were so nice and truly trying to help, but management should have prepared them better especially knowing there was someone coming to pick up a van that day
