Local mileage rates are ridiculously high.
Dennis SI believe the preferred pickup location selected during booking should be given priority, and the requested equipment should be made available accordingly. In my case, the pickup location was scheduled two days before the pickup date, but I was later informed that the equipment was not available at my preferred location. Since the booking was made in advance, I feel the equipment could have been arranged and delivered to the selected location at least a day prior to pickup. This would help avoid last-minute inconvenience and improve the overall customer experience. I hope this feedback helps improve the scheduling and coordination process in the future.
