At this location, they only focus on the gas station customers. As a uhail customer you have to wait so long. The equipment was very dirty and smelt horrible. There was it was garbage in the truck, including used plastic forks, food crumbs, leaves a d dirt. I would never use this location again. It is way too time consuming for such a simple pickup.

Get organized! Truck had left over paperwork from previous rentals inside Truck was missing the equipment I reserved
Matthew AClerk wasn't very clear about cost. Fuel tank was not where it should have been when I got the uhaul. Was a bit of a drag process. On the positive note I like how I was able to rent it late at night.

RENZE DTruck was dirty. Didn’t have our fridge cart tool Forever to pick up as they kept stopping and then tending to other customers instead of finishing ours. Didn’t even show us where the truck was. Frustrating
