Our UHAUL had been in an accident in the morning and we were not informed so when we showed up at 3pm (our scheduled pickup time) there were no trucks available. We ended up having to drive 40 minutes in the opposite direction to pick up a truck in a different city. On top of that, they charged me for going over the allowable KM even though the only reason we went over is because I had to drive to pick up the truck from a further city.

Location is ok, the attendant was alone. The trailer had a foot of snow in it. They would've taken an hour for them to clean it and I was ready to go. Cramped parking space. Trailer towed fine
Darren DMyself and others waited over 45 minutes for your system to process whatever it needed it to, when I returned the rental there was a crowd waiting experiencing the same thing
