The attendant arrived at the facility the same time I did and watched me back the trailer next to the only other Uhaul truck in the parking area. Upon entering the facility to close out the return, he then asked me to move it to different location. I know this sounds minor, but at this point it was just icing on the cake for this miserable UHaul experience. I completed the equipment return via the app and left.

THAD MThe whole experience was horrid. There was no clear cut communication on how this would go. Never was told to download app. The actual store was in a gas station where they were rude. They tried tell me I was late with pick up time when in fact, I was trying to get approval for pick up that took too long. This was not user friendly and took too much.
James MStaff does not know the mobile check out /check in process and are very rude! Took 15+ minutes to get the keys. Will not return! I will go to Lugoff or Columbia NE.
