I use these guys at BIG Country all the time, I usually rent at least a truck a week maybe two, they’re absolutely the best there, very professional if I’m an hour too late, they always called to check on me to make sure everything‘s OK. Which I don’t mind at all, I would recommend these folks to anybody and a big thanks to the whole UHaul team.

COREY AWhen I went to pickup my trailer I was told that my reservation was canceled, and they didn’t have the trailer I reserved. D W called other dealers trying to find me the trailer I requested. I was sent to an alternate location to pick up the trailer, but found out that this location only allowed local rental. I again called DW and he did find a trailer for me. He also went and picked it up and brought it back to his dealership. I returned 4 hours later to pick up the trailer. I do appreciate that he did go out of his way to get my reserved trailer. The trailer was in great condition, I was a little behind loading the trailer because of the mix up at picking it up, but I completed my move successfully.
FRANK CWhen I went to pick up the dolly, no one was there and to call a phone number on the door glass to leave a voice message. A man showed up 25 minutes later. The office was very cold and he called a friend to help set up the final billing.!
