Loved pocket of posies! Great service! The U-Haul app is just terrible. Pages take forever or don’t load at all. When they do load there are errors after providing phone number. Going through U-Haul vendor is still the only real solution in my opinion

Nanette BI talked to two people to drop off the trailer. The wait time to talk to somebody was ridiculous. And the second person I talked to was... Grouchy. And unpleasant.
