I talked to two people to drop off the trailer. The wait time to talk to somebody was ridiculous. And the second person I talked to was... Grouchy. And unpleasant.

It was after houry
Cliff aInside cargo area & cab inside were clean, but outside of cab was dirty. But the employees at this business give excellent customer service with the UHaul rental process... will do business with them again!
