when given it was soak and the owner was panicking so didn’t tell us everything we had to do before returning filled up the tanks and they still complained about it barley being full…it was he left the car running so i assume it was from that…the whole experience was horrible won’t be doing it again

This location provides wonderful service!!! I dropped off after hours and the office manager helped me get the UHaul checked in. When picking up the vehicle I was provided with all the information needed for how to return the vehicle, what was expected on that, and help on adjusting the return time.
