STEVEN HTruck was really cramped and not very comfortable even for an in town haul. I would not use to go long distance.
DAVID BThe lady on the phone was very polite and helpful. We were able to fix the issue with my truck being marked late (the Surprise location gave me an extra day, but their system was down so it did not go through). Hopefully the charges that appeared on my app after I turned the truck in are able to get resolved.
BRITTANY Puhaul dealer in Payson on Tonto St. was very standoffish and not helpful at all. The uhaul person in Camp Verde, I believe is named Donna, was very friendly and polite and explained all to us. Donna is a good representative for uhaul.
