The man renting the truck to us made us think we had to rent the truck for 24 hours and over and did not explain there was a mileage rental, even though we told him where we would be driving. We only needed the truck for 4 hours and ended up paying over 200 dollars for the rental.

Better reservation system or fix his internet. Put jacks on trailer. Difficult to lift alone due to weight!!
