My truck had an active nest of bees under the cab. They were dormant in the morning when I picked it up and became agitated as I drove to my first location. Upon finding out about them I called the customer service help line, but came to find out that because I drove the truck away from the first location, my contract could not be changed. I was forced to work around the angry bees all day and was given no help.
