Location should not threaten to tow customer's for parking their own vehicles while using rental vehicles. Rental vehicles should have proper tire pressure, and at least a few gallons of gas to start.

ELIZABETH UU-Haul leaked and ruined a mattress and books. Reservation changed but did not get a new reservation confirmation so took U-Haul back to wrong location and was told I had to pay for another day because I was 15 minutes late even though I took it to that location
Jolene TI would suggest that the location has the items that were ordered. I ordered Fernie blankets and furniture dollies but when I arrived there, there were none.
