Truck looked like it was a bit dirty not a lot but enough to see that the previous user didn’t clean and it wasn’t cleaned before pickup. I was contacted and threatened to have my vehicle towed when they didn’t state not to park near the area where the pickup of the truck was and I was charged an additional fee of about 10.50 which I assume was a cleaning fee which I left the truck clean after drop off, I’ve rented from U-Haul before and never had such an odd bad customer experience. Definitely won’t use this location again

abel aBE AWARE!!!!! I was renting a 15’ truck from this store and the crock guy gave me a literally empty gas tank, I had to fill it twice by the time I return the truck and they charged me for gas because he fraudulently on the invoice indicated a quarter tank full I have thank good took some pictures before and after, when I called and confront him told me go do whatever you want so I will report them.
