I had ordered the Devonshire p/u location and Uhaul unilaterally moved it 5 miles from that location. I had ordered moving blankets but here were was none in the truck. This was my first time using Uhaul, and I was not impressed by its quality as a company.

rigoberto aGreat guy and the U-Haul was a big help
Richard EThe van was dirty. I had to clean the front windshield and mirrors. Not a big deal. Easy enough to do. And I was moving stuff so a clean van wasn't needed. But you asked if the van was clean, and it was not. It was in good woeking order. Drove well and got pretty good gas mileage. Location downside is that there is no parking. I had to park my car 2 blocks away.
