The drop-off process itself was fairly straightforward, and an employee came out while I was completing the return through the app and taking the required photos. They inspected the vehicle and noted that there was a cardboard box inside that needed to be removed. The issue was that the box was already in the truck when we picked it up. We explained that it had been left there by the previous renter, but we were told it didn’t matter and that we still needed to dispose of it because it was not part of the rental. I understand that the truck should be returned empty, but it was frustrating to be responsible for removing an item that was already in the vehicle when we received it. Other than that, the return process was relatively smooth.

Tynetta EThe staff at this location were not very customer-oriented and did not seem willing to clearly explain the process or answer questions patiently. We were told that the final receipt would be emailed to us after returning the vehicle, but we still have not received it.In addition, during this short visit, an insect bit me underneath my shirt at the location, and since that day I have had to use antibiotic and steroid cream due to itching and irritation.Please send the final receipt in the next email. Thank you.
Maryam kI was told that it didn't matter how long I kept the vehicle. I told them I would return it the same night I rented it and they asked for me to return it the next morning as they were having gas-thefts in the area. I returned it in the morning, but they said it was too late (12:15 instead of 11:00) and I was charged for a 2nd day. I was never told that it needed to be returned by a certain time or I would be charged more especially because I was doing them a favor keeping it overnight.
