How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was overcharged by $26 for not “refilling the gas tank” to what it was which I have proof of that I did. I was also mislead by the support team on the phone about the type of dolly I needed as this was a heavy move trip so I was forced to pay extra. Also I was told the ramp came with all vans by the operator which wasn’t the case and we had to improvise which made things harder moving refrigerator & furniture especially. You can improve it by reimbursement of the gas at the very least. Thank you. It’s not the location, it’s the principle and miscommunication within the company.

Valerie WVery rude customer service was not being clear with the instructions. I picked up the U-Haul at 10 AM. Returned it the same day at 6:30 and I still got charged for two days.
