Rental process was simple. Both customer service when booking and employee at pick up location were kind, knowledgeable and made process easy. Truck was ready upon pick up and from arrival time to time leaving the location was less than 5 minutes.

Customer service was JUST good enough. Rep was not too friendly. Not nasty. But lacking the welcome that one should receive. I do it all day long at work. Then i go home and cry if i want to.
